Chesterfield captain Will Evans has explained how he is keeping himself fit while the National League programme is suspended.
Talking in a Spireites Live Group Chat earlier this week, the skipper said: “I’m in quite a fortunate position that I can do a lot at home so it’s not too bad from my point of view, to be honest with you.
“Over the years, I’ve bought things like free weights and I’ve got an empty garage so I’ve been using that. I’ve got a spin bike in there as well.
“I’m also going out for a run every other day. I live out towards Worksop with the Chesterfield Canal just two minutes from my house so I just go up and down there, really. It’s quite nice to get out.”
