Stockport County have announced the signing of Jamie Stott.
The 22-year-old is a familiar face to County, having had three loan spells at the club, and he joins now on a full deal. Young Player of the Year as they won the National League North in 2018/19, the former Oldham Athletic player signs on a two-year deal.
Manager Jim Gannon told County’s website: “Jamie provides another very good fit to our first-team squad. We were looking for a very capable left-sided central defender, whether we play a two or three-man central defence.
“At still such a relatively young age Jamie brings a level of proven ability, with a great potential for development and improvement.”
