Stockport County have announced the signing of striker Scott Quigley.
Quigley joins the Hatters on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee after two years at Barrow.
The 28-year-old played a pivotal part in the Bluebirds’ promotion to League Two and subsequent survival this past season, scoring 35 goals in total.
With the 2019/20 campaign cut short, Quigley was ultimately the National League’s Golden Boot winner, having been on 20 goals by last March.
County boss Simon Rusk told the club’s website: “I’m absolutely delighted to have Scott on board.
“He is a player I know a lot about, and his track record in recent seasons speaks for itself. I’ve no doubt that his qualities align with our ambitions for the season ahead, and he will be a great fit here.”
