Stowmarket Town have announced the return of midfielder George Quantrell.
The teenager burst on to the scene at Greens Meadow back in February 2019, scoring a late winner in Stow’s Suffolk Premier Cup quarter-final against Brantham Athletic in his second appearance.
After a string of impressive performances, Quantrell left Stow to return to his former club Dereham in February of this year, but is now back at Stow for a second spell.
“We’re really happy to have George back with us,” Stow assistant manager Paul Musgrove said.
