Eastleigh have announced that midfielder Ben Strevens has accepted a new contract with the club.
Strevens, who was also player/assistant-manager towards the latter stages of the 2015/16 campaign, will continue to assist manager Chris Todd, and now moves into his fourth season with the Spitfires.
Strevens` summer 2013 arrival at the Silverlake came after his contract at Dagenham & Redbridge had run its course
It was during his first spell with the Daggers, that he enjoyed one of the most fruitful patches of his career to date.
After switching to Victoria Road from Crawley Town in December 2006, he helped his new club towards that season’s Conference Premier title.
He confirmed his scoring credentials across two further campaigns with the Daggers, contributing a total of 29 goals while the team established itself as a Football League outfit.
Eastleigh also announced that following conversations with Todd, Dan Harding has now been placed on the transfer list.
