Alfreton Town have welcomed back former striker Liam Hearn

The 30-year-old had joined the Reds Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division neighbours Ilkeston FC in the summer. However, he has now returned to the Impact Arena.




Hearn started out at Hucknall Town in 2003 before moving to Eastwood Town, Chasetown and Quorn and scored over 30 goals in his time with these clubs.

He originally joined Alfreton in 2008 scoring 65 goals in ninety-four appearances.

He then moved to Grimsby Town where he notched 33 goals from sixty-one appearances, Mansfield Town and Lincoln City, where he scored 10 goals in fourteen starts.
