After a number of years away, John Sands was Mildenhall Town’s marquee signing last summer under the management of Dean Greygoose.
However, the reunion turned sour and by October he had moved on, linking up with Stamford AFC in the Evo-Stik League First Division East.
But after his injury-plagued spell in Lincolnshire came to an end earlier this month, Sands has agreed to once again don the yellow shirt following positive discussions with boss Ricky Cornish.
The centre-forward has won a number of titles following stints with the likes of Needham Market, King’s Lynn Town and Canvey Island – including the Ryman League Premier Division Golden Boot award while at Bury Town.
