Following a seven-day approach, Bowers & Pitsea’s Tony Stokes has decided to join fellow Bostik League North Division side Brentwood Town.
Stokes scored 12 goals in all competitions, including the winning goal in the Boxing Day battle with Canvey Island. On Stokes’ time at Bowers & Pitsea, manager Rob Small said: “Tony has been a pleasure to work with.
“He is an example to all players with his professionalism, commitment and desire to play football.”
