Worcester City have today announced that summer recruit Richard Batchelor has left the club.

Batchelor, 27, joined City in June from Brackley Town.

He numbers Romulus, Chasetown, Leamington and Hednesford Town amongst his other former clubs.

After a discussion with manager Carl Heeley, it was felt that in the best interests of all parties, Batchelor needs to play regular games of football which will build up his match fitness.

Additionally, Kieran Morris has been allowed to dual register with Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division side Stafford Rangers to allow him to play some games after recovering from his broken hand, sustained in pre-season.
