Tadcaster Albion have announced the signing of 20-year-old striker Joe Pugh from North Ferriby United.

Promising youngster Pugh, 20, started out at Hull City as a scholar before finishing off at Doncaster Rovers.

Pugh went on to sign a professional contract at the Keepmoat, at a similar stage and age to former Albion youth team player Alfie Beestin.

Taddy boss Michael Morton has been full of admiration of the player for a number of years and is excited to pull off this deal.

“We are thrilled to get Joe to finally join us. He is an extremely talented striker who has a real eye for goal.”
