Mansfield Town are one of a number of clubs interested in Tadcaster Albion’s flying winger Billy Whitehouse.
The Nottingham Post understands the Stags are monitoring the former Leeds United youngster who has been in exceptional form for the Northern Premier League side. Cambridge, Halifax and Wigan are also believed to have watched Whitehouse this season as the 21-year-old aims to make it back to the Football League.
Whitehouse originally started his career at Doncaster Rovers, where he came through their youth system, going on to make 17 league appearances. Leeds eventually signed the winger in 2016 for an undisclosed sum and he immediately went into their development squad.
