Bulls News report that Tony Taylor has said he is set to stand for re-election in the forthcoming Hereford United Supporters’ Trust election to select a director for the main board of Hereford FC.
Because of HUST rules Taylor, whose role on the club board is ‘volunteer director’, has to stand down shortly and an election will take place if other candidates come forward. The appointment, which is for three years, will be made before the start of next season.
HUST has recently launched a ‘recruitment campaign’ to help publicise the post.
“We are looking for one HUST member to fulfil the role of Volunteer Director on the Club Board. Working behind the scenes to look after and grow our volunteer base and to assist in delivering the HUST vision for our Football Club.”
