AFC Telford United have announced the loan signing of Matt Stenson from Solihull Moors.
The former Leamington striker arrives at the New Bucks Head on loan until 11th January.
Stenson joined Solihull Moors on an 18-month contract in October 2018 but has found game limited this season with boss Gavin Cowan quick to snap up the Coventry-based forward.
The 25-year-old joined the Brakes over that summer after scoring 20 goals in all competitions for Barwell in the Northern Premier League. Prior to that, the attacker played for Midland League Division One side Leicester Road.
Gavin Cowan spoke of his delight to the club website: “We are very excited to have Matt on board, he comes with a proven track record and is hungry and eager to get going. I know everyone will make him feel welcome and we look forward to seeing him prosper with us.”
