Defender Fraser Horsfall has extended his loan from Championship high-flyers Huddersfield Town with Stalybridge Celtic until March 12th.

The 20-year-old has enjoyed a successful first month at the Bower Fold, making three appearances at centre-back.

Stalybridge sit second-bottom in the table, but haven’t lost with Horsfall in the team, keeping two clean sheets in the process.

He will now gain further senior experience with Celtic, adding to a two-month loan spell at Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division North side Trafford earlier this season, where he made eleven starts.
