Torquay United have cut their admission prices – by £4 for Plainmoor’s best seats – in the wake of their relegation to the Vanarama National League South.
The reductions, featuring seats for Adults at £15 and Popular Side terrace places at £13, will place the Gulls on a par with most of their NL South rivals next season. United fans will also be able to buy terrace season-tickets for well under £200, on ‘Early Bird’ rates, and for £216 in the Bristow’s Bench grandstand.
The club has ‘bitten the bullet’ on its new pricing structure.
A statement accompanying the price list read: “It has been a tough year for supporters, but everyone at the club is completely committed to the task of returning Torquay United to the National League, and beyond.”
