Torquay United’s appeal against Asa Hall’s red card at King’s Lynn Town has been dismissed.
Hall was sent off towards the end of the goalless draw against King’s Lynn on Tuesday night after the captain challenged substitute Adam Marriott for the ball.
The club appealed the decision but heard back quickly that the red card would stand.
Hall will now miss tomorrow night’s home game against Dagenham & Redbridge, the FA Trophy game against Aveley or Chesham United next weekend, and Boxing Day’s big home derby against Yeovil Town.
