Andy Leese has added three players to his Enfield Town squad
21 year-old defender DANNY RUMENS has signed Bostik League forms for the club.
His previous club was Braintree Town, and he has also represented Dagenham & Redbridge, Histon, Bishops Stortford and Hendon. He made his Braintree debut at Southport last November, and then went on to make half a dozen appearances for Hendon on a dual-registration basis. Has has played both in the centre and on the left in recent seasons.
Central midfielder JACK HIGGS joins us from Evo-Stik Southern Premier St Ives Town, where he had spent three seasons, including a promotion campaign in 2015/16. He has also represented Bury Town, Haverhill Rovers and Newmarket Town.
Another midfielder, KRESHNIC KRASNIQI, is 22 and his most recent club was Billericay Town. Born in Kosovo, he began his career with a number of different clubs in Cyprus, before moving New Lodge in July 2016.
Manager Andy Leese said “I am delighted to be adding Dan, Jack and Kreshnic to the squad. I’m very pleased the way all three have contributed in pre-season. Dan and Jack are well known to me from my Southern League days, and I was interested in signing Jack last season when I was at Chesham. I thought all three did particularly well against Whyteleafe as we looked at different formations”.
