Lowestoft Town have announced that midfielder Connor Deeks has joined the club from Thurlow Nunn League neighbours Great Yarmouth Town.

Deeks was initially offered a contract with Lowestoft following a successful trial at the start of the season. However, the player didn’t feel the time was right for a move away from Great Yarmouth, where the talented midfielder has always been held in high regard.

The Trawlerboys have continued to keep tabs on Deeks since then and are now happy to announce that he’s signed a contract with the club that will take him through to the end of the 2017/18 season.

Subject to everything being in order with the FA, Deeks will be available for selection for Lowestoft`s league game against AFC Fylde next Tuesday.
