Mark Goldberg, manager of Vanarama National League South newcomers Welling United, has continued to re-build his squad with three new signings.
The Wings have signed 28-year-old midfielder or forward Pierre Joseph-Dubois from former league rivals Bromley.
Joseph-Dubois scored over 50 goals for Bromley and has previously played for Reading, Grays Athletic, Crawley Town, Weymouth, Histon and Hayes & Yeading United.
Goldberg will know the player well, having managed him in his Conference South-winning squad while at Bromley.
Also joining the Wings is 23-year-old striker Bobby Devyne from Ryman League Premier Division side Enfield Town.
Devyne hit the back of the net at just under a goal every two matches for Town after joining them from Brimsdown Rovers where he scored 15 goals in fourteen games min the Molten Spartan South Midlands League.
Prior to that Devyne, who was born in Kenya, was at Chelsea as a schoolboy.
Defender Rickie Hayles arrives at Park View Road from newly-promoted league rivals East Thurrock United.
Hayles had previously played for Canvey Island and Lowestoft Town and tasted promotion while at AFC Hornchurch and last season at East Thurrock and is noted for being a strong tackler.
