Cambridge City have confirmed the departure of three players from the first team squad.

Leaving are Brad Woods-Garness, Dean Mason and Tunde Adewunmi.

Striker Woods-Garness has only featured for City in the last 3 games however in recent days he asked manager Dan Gleeson to be released from the City squad due to personal reasons as well as difficulties with the distance involved travelling several times a week from his home in London.

Midfielder Mason joined City in September, and like Woods-Garness has found travelling from his home in London difficult and has requested to leave the squad with a view to finding a club closer to his home.

Manager Dan Gleeson has also released Tunde Adewunmi after recent performances from the striker have dipped the level that he produced at the beginning of the season.
