St Albans City have bolstered their squad with three new additions.

Kane Pope was previously part of the Queens Park Rangers youth set-up and also spent St albanstime with Potters Bar Town and London Colney.

He is a 21-year-old attacking midfield player who joined Banbury United in January 2015

He can also play up front.

Pacey winger Andreas Komodikis has also signed for the Saints.

Komodikis was a rarity these days having not come through a professional club`s own academy.

Instead, he was spotted playing local Sunday league football and handed a chance at QPR with the offer of a two-year scholarship.

He was released by Rangers at the end of last season and spent time on trial with Cheltenham Town in pre-season.

Reece Simpson has also moved to Clarence Park after being with Evo-Stik League Southern Division One Central side Barton Rovers.

Central midfielder Simpson joined AFC Telford United at the end of March 2016 after being with Farnborough.
