Cambridge City manager Dan Gleeson has signed three more players as the Lilywhites squad continues to take shape ahead of the new campaign. Jack Uttridge, David Femiola and Tommy Horton have all signed for the new season which begins in a fortnight.

Uttridge is a defender who joined the academy at Histon and after progressing through the scholarship and into the first team, moved to Brentford where he signed a Cambridgecityfcprofessional deal in the summer of 2013.

He then returned to Histon last season where he made 24 appearances in all competitions for the Stutes.

Femiola is another defender who was with Kings Langley last year. He was previously with Bedford and joins City after impressing in the centre of defence in the two recent pre-season friendlies.

Tommy Horton broke into the City first team last year after impressing with the reserves and after signing southern league forms looks set to be part of the plans for the new season.

All three players are set to feature in the pre-season friendly against St Ives Town at Westwood Road tomorrow afternoon which kicks-off at 3:00pm.
