A Scandanavian-based takeover attempt of Hartlepool United could see Chris Turner and Ronnie Moore return to Victoria Park.
The Mail has learned that should a consortium led by Ostersunds chairman Daniel Kindberg be successful in their attempts to take control, they could move to bring the pair back from the footballing wilderness.
Turner’s last job in management was his second spell at Pools, between 2008 and 2010. He resigned from the post eight years back and has since worked behind the scenes at Chesterfield and Port Vale.
Out-of-work Moore has very recently touted himself for a Pools return, having offered his services to both departed Craig Harrison and current caretaker Matthew Bates.
