Ryan Upward is confident Maidenhead United’s form will be “up and running” again after a spell of three league games without a win.
The Magpies most recently lost to Barnet (14/9) in a 1-0 defeat which saw a goalbound header from the midfielder cleared off the line.
The defeat, which was Maidenhead’s second in a row, hasn’t worried Upward, however, as he believes it’s only a matter of time until they get back to winning ways.
“I think we have been a bit unlucky at times with the games we’ve lost but we’re also not performing as well as I know we can.
“We’ve had a great start (to the season) so that gives us time to enjoy our football rather than feeling under pressure like we were last year.
“It’s a long season and we are still sixth in the league. The next three games are winnable so hopefully we will get some good form up and running again.”
