Garry Vaughan and Darren Lyons have been appointed interim managers of Radcliffe.

The pair will lead the side initially until the end of the season. As Trafford manager, Vaughan saw his side reach the Northern Premier League from the North West Counties.

Lyons, meanwhile, was a vital part of Radcliffe director of football Karl Marginson’s management team at FC United of Manchester. During their time at the club, FC rose through the divisions to reach the National League North.

Vaughan and Lyons take over from Jon Macken, after the former Manchester City striker left his role recently. Macken had led Radcliffe into the Northern Premier League Premier Division this season.
