Waltham Forest will be hosting a fundraising match this Sunday (3rd December) at 2pm, with a ‘pay what you like’ entry and all proceeds going to the Save Our Club fund.

The game, at Wadham Lodge, will feature two sides of club and non-league legends, with Matt Waldron leading a Leyton Pennant side, and Wale Ojelabi skippering a Forest team.

The players involved are said to be paying to take part in order to help the club out as they fight to save their future amid a serious financial shortfall. Clapton FC’s Clapton Ultras also came to support the club last Saturday and have said they will be attending home games whenever their fixture list allows.
