Wealdstone have announced the signing of Michee Efete from Billericay Town.
The 22-year-old defender has already scored his first goal for the club after netting in the 79th minute against Bracknell Town on Friday night.
Efete started his professional career with Norwich City, a spell which included loan moves to Icelandic side Breidablik and Torquay United in the National League.
The Canaries released the defender last summer and Efete signed for Maidstone United. Efete spent time on loan at Bath City last season before signing permanently for Billericay Town in January.
Dean Brennan said of his latest signing: “[Michee] Efete is a player I have worked with before and he will be us plenty of versatility. His strongest attributes are his understanding of the game, his power and his pace.
“Michee is hungry and leads by example. He is exactly the type of player we want to recruit.”
