Weymouth manager Brian Stock has praised the application of loan forward Andrew Dallas, after he struck twice in last night’s win at Aldershot Town.
The 21-year-old joined the Terras from Cambridge United at the weekend.
It was his double yesterday evening that lifted Weymouth to a second consecutive victory in the National League.
The six points from six have been a significant shot in the arm as they look to avoid relegation in their first season back at this level.
Speaking about Dallas, Stock told the club’s website: “First and foremost, he’s a great lad. He’s an honest, hard-working player, and when he came into the club, his attitude was excellent.
“When you see the fact that he can play on the shoulder, and he’s got pace to burn and he works hard, he brought a lot to the team, not just on Saturday but again tonight.”
