Carlisle United midfielder Cameron Salkeld has extended his loan spell with Whitby Town for a second month.
Salkeld, 19, is a product of the club’s youth system who signed a development contract at Brunton Park, having completed his scholarship, in May this year.
Manager Keith Curle said: “We’ve heard good things about what Cameron has been doing with Whitby so far and the important thing from his point of view is that he’s getting looked after.
“He’s at a stage of his development where he needs game time at a competitive club. Whitby are providing that for him and this is another move that is proving to be a real benefit to all parties.”
