Dagenham & Redbridge’s Conor Wilkinson has joined League Two side Leyton Orient after the O’s and the player exercised a buyout clause in his contract.

Wilkinson joined the Daggers initially on loan before making the move to east London permanent in January. The forward scored 12 goals in 23 appearances for the Daggers, and he was instrumental in helping the club steer away from the threat of relegation in the 2018/19 campaign.

The 24-year-old also finished in 2nd place in the Daggers Player of the Year award, which was voted for by season ticket holders.
