Worksop Town have announced that the club has successfully changed hands, with Jason Clark selling his shares to local businessman Paul Tomkins.
Clark has also written off the debt owed by the club to himself. Fans may already be familiar with Tomkins, who has been involved with the club for a number of months.
Tomkins is a pragmatic businessman and owns businesses local to the area.
