Worthing FC have clinched the loan signing of the Under-18 Premier League’s fourth top scorer.
It was revealed on Monday that upcoming Brighton and Hove Albion star Jordan Maguire-Drew will be joining the club for the final few games of the Ryman League season.
The 18-year-old is a proven goalscorer at Under-18 level having scored 15 goals for Seagulls’ youth team during the 2015/16 season.
Rebels player-manager Gary Elphick described Maguire-Drew as “Jamie Vardy-eqsue” in a Worthing Herald article on Monday.
