Wrexham face arguably their toughest test of the season on Saturday but Kieran Kennedy insists the Reds can leave Barrow with a much-needed win in the battle for National League survival.

Dean Keates’ side were held to a goalless home draw by fellow strugglers Eastleigh at the weekend and are 19th in the table, two points above the relegation zone with nine games to go.

“It has not been good enough,” said Kennedy, who is on loan from Port Vale.

“We should not be where we are but hopefully in the next few weeks we can pick up the points that we need and we can get out of this position.”
