Wrexham captain Shaun Pearson has definitely been kept busy during this difficult time.

Pearson has two young children at home with his wife Clarise and, with Clarise working from home, his job is trying to keep his young family entertained.

The captain also needs to stay on top of his fitness, and has been putting the work in outside of the club to ensure he is still in peak fitness should the season restart.

Speaking to the club’s website about how he copes with juggling the two, Pearson said: “I have to say, Clarise is really good. While she is working, she still manages to make sure we are all doing okay and checks in whenever she can to help me out.

“Once Clarise finishes her work we then spend the afternoons together.

“We are lucky that we have a bit of a countryside and river next to us, so taking the dogs for a walk down there tends to be our daily routine at the moment.”
