Jordan Maguire-Drew can’t speak highly enough of John Still but the Wrexham winger wants to make his former manager’s trip to The Racecourse a miserable one tomorrow, say The Leader.
Wrexham entertain Barnet who are managed by Still, Maguire-Drew’s boss when he had a hugely successful loan spell with Dagenham and Redbridge during the 2016-17 season.
Still took charge of the Bees in the summer and is held in high regard by Maguire-Drew but the 21-year-old is focused on picking up three points.
“It is my old coaching staff so I am looking forward to catching up with them,” said Maguire-Drew.
“John was brilliant with me, him and his assistant Darren Currie, they are a great coaching pair.
“But I would love to get one over them for this club.”
