Tyler Reid insists he has not played his last game for Wrexham and expects his spell on the sidelines to be short-lived.
Reid was one of three loan signings recruited by Reds boss Dean Keates last week and the only one to start Saturday’s clash with Yeovil Town at The Racecourse.
However, the right-back, brought in on an initial month-long loan deal from Swindon Town, picked up a thigh injury in the first half and was substituted in the 33rd minute.
Wrexham drew 3-3 and Reid has pledged to be back available for selection very soon to boost the Reds’ relegation battle.
“It felt good to be out there, it was just unfortunate that I came off so early,” said Reid, who made eight appearances for League Two Swindon this season following his release by Swansea.
“But it doesn’t seem so bad, it is only a spasm, so I should be back out there soon.”
