Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Halesowen Town are mourning the passing of their club doctor.

Before kicking off in their 1-0 win over Skelmersdale United on Saturday, fans at the community day fixture observed a minute’s silence in memory of Dr Herbert Jones.
The supporter and former chief medic at the Grove passed away last Monday (March 27) aged 92 and a Yeltz spokesman said: “His long association with the club was marked by the presence of his family and former football colleagues.”
